Elm Cottage doll house is a classic Victorian house and is always very popular. This is a British made dolls house and is fantastic quality. Elm cottage has a lot of character with two bay windows a porch and two dormer windows.
Made from MDF it is very strong and a great addition to any collection or suitable for a child. The house comes in kit form and has easy to follow instructions. It is unpainted.
The MDF used to make Elm Cottage not only makes it strong and stable but also gives it a perfectly smooth finish for painting.
Elm cottage has six large rooms giving you enough room for a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house also comes with ready built stairs. There is an add-on basement available which will give you an extra two large rooms.
