Large Georgian Doll House
Rutland Grange is a wonderful large Georgian doll house. It has seven very big rooms plus you can add a basement if you choose. The outside of the house has an attractive facade with double chimneys, feature windows and brick detail.
Made from 9mm MDF it is very strong and stable and the MDF gives the house a perfectly smooth finish for painting. Rutland Grange comes in kit form and unpainted but is very easy to put together with all the pieces slotting into place. It is unpainted and undecorated.
Inside Rutland Grange has seven large rooms plus a central hallway. Each room has a doorway leading to it which can be fitted with standard size doll house doors. This house gives you enough room for a kitchen, dining room, living room, music room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is very impressive. There is also an add-on basement which will give you an extra three rooms.
