Seaside Doll House Kit
A late Victorian seaside doll house. This is a wonderful example of a Victorian house built to maximize sea views and provide outdoor living space. The large balcony with door access from the house is perfectly detailed featuring attractive railings, support posts and brackets together with fully glazed windows and half glazed balcony door. The square wooden bay windows on the ground floor also provide authentic detailing and large window display areas.
Made from precision cut MDF and comes in kit form with full instructions included. The kit is unpainted.
Seaview's six large rooms give you enough room for a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Remember you can also get the add-on basement to add an extra two rooms.
The staircases come ready built and sit in the centre of the hallway creating a grand entrance.
