Sugarplum Doll House
The Sugarplum doll house is nice to use as a small project. You could create this house yourself or make it as a fun project with a child. The house has a single great room, full attic, two fireplaces, a window bay, front porch with matching settles, chimney, exterior half timber trim, window box and comes complete with furniture. The house is small and has one main structure so is easy to build. It does have some fancy trim and a bay window which give it lots of character but these are also easy to construct.
